Company Overview
We are a digital platform dedicated to helping players navigate the world of cryptocurrency casinos with confidence, clarity, and ease. Our mission is to provide intuitive experiences that help users discover trustworthy operators, compare bonuses, understand complex topics like blockchain payments, and enjoy content that is both informative and engaging. Design sits at the core of this mission: every interaction, layout, and flow directly influences how players perceive safety, fairness, and usability within the online gambling industry.
As part of our growth, we are expanding the Design & User Experience team with a talented UX Designer who can translate user needs, product goals, and market insights into clear, elegant digital experiences.
Role Summary
The User Experience (UX) Designer will be responsible for crafting user-centric journeys across web and mobile touchpoints. You will turn research findings, behavioral data, and stakeholder requirements into intuitive flows, layouts, and interaction patterns that support crypto-focused players as they explore casinos, reviews, guides, and comparison tools. This remote UX designer job is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling complex information, simplifying decision-making, and designing interfaces that feel trustworthy and effortless.
Working closely with product managers, content creators, and developers, you will shape the end-to-end experience: from first-time visit and navigation to deep content exploration and ongoing engagement. You’ll advocate for the user at every stage, ensuring that usability, accessibility, and visual clarity are never afterthoughts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for desktop and mobile, including navigation structures, page layouts, components, and interaction states that support player goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct user research activities — such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests — to uncover pain points, mental models, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze user behavior using qualitative feedback and quantitative data, and use those insights to refine user flows, content hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that implemented experiences align with UX specifications, and provide support during handoff, QA, and post-launch refinement.
- Work closely with content and SEO teams to structure pages in a way that balances crypto casino UX design goals with discoverability and clear messaging.
- Maintain and evolve a shared design system, including components, spacing rules, typography, and interaction guidelines, to ensure consistency across the product.
- Stay up to date with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends in both the crypto space and the broader online gambling industry, applying them thoughtfully rather than chasing fads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or UX/UI Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction design, information architecture, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms, including the use of components, auto-layouts, and prototyping features.
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design, and how to adapt layouts for different devices and screen sizes.
- Experience collaborating with developers and familiarity with basic front-end concepts, allowing you to propose solutions that are both desirable and feasible.
- Ability to plan and conduct user research and usability testing, then synthesize findings into actionable design improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions, trade-offs, and alternatives to stakeholders from different disciplines.
- Curiosity about crypto, digital payments, or iGaming products, and a willingness to learn how players interact with casinos and real-money experiences online.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a designer who loves solving real user problems more than just crafting pretty screens. You are comfortable asking why repeatedly until the core need becomes clear, and you enjoy turning fuzzy requirements into structured, testable concepts. You might already have experience designing within high-information environments such as comparison sites, fintech products, or platforms in the online gambling industry, and you understand how important trust and clarity are for users making financial decisions.
You pay attention to details like microcopy, error states, and loading experiences, recognizing that these seemingly small elements can have a big impact on user confidence. At the same time, you know when to prioritize shipping a pragmatic solution and improving it iteratively. You thrive in a remote environment, manage your time effectively, and are motivated by collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
What We Offer
- A key role in shaping the user experience of a platform that helps players navigate crypto casinos more safely and confidently.
- The freedom of a fully remote setup, giving you the flexibility to organize your workday around deep focus, collaboration, and creative exploration.
- Opportunities for professional development, from sharpening research skills to deepening expertise in iGaming and user behavior in high-stakes digital environments.
- A supportive team culture that values open discussion, thoughtful critique, and experimentation, where your ideas can directly influence the product roadmap.
- Competitive compensation and room to grow your responsibilities as the product and design function expand.
