Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate blockchain components seamlessly into existing platforms, APIs, and microservice ecosystems.
- Define and enforce standards for smart contract development, deployment, testing, and monitoring to minimize risk and ensure reliability.
- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain protocols, tooling, and infrastructure providers based on scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Partner with security specialists to conduct threat modeling, code reviews, and audits of smart contracts and related components.
- Monitor emerging trends in crypto casino technology, DeFi integrations, tokenization, and on-chain analytics, and translate these into practical roadmap recommendations.
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and technical documentation efforts to elevate blockchain understanding across the Technology & IT department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Blockchain Architect, Blockchain Solutions Architect, or similar senior technical role, with hands-on work on production-grade blockchain systems.
- Strong proficiency with one or more major blockchain platforms (e.g. EVM-based chains, Layer-2 networks, or other programmable chains) and experience writing and reviewing smart contracts.
- Solid background in software engineering principles, including distributed systems, API design, microservices, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with cryptographic concepts such as hashing, digital signatures, key management, and consensus mechanisms.
- Understanding of payment flows, risk controls, and regulatory considerations relevant to the online gambling industry or financial services.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting language and depth as needed.
- A track record of leading architectural decisions, performing trade-off analyses, and documenting designs in a clear, structured way.
