- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance on a regular basis, using KPIs and dashboards to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with affiliates to create joint marketing initiatives, campaign calendars, and promotional activities that align with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with top partners, identifying upsell opportunities and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with finance and compliance teams to ensure accurate payouts, transparent reporting, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Network Manager or in a similar affiliate marketing role, ideally within the crypto, iGaming, or broader online entertainment sectors.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, retention metrics, and performance marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
- Confident working with data: comfortable interpreting reports, identifying trends, and turning insights into practical actions.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
